Former Red Wings' center Igor Larionov and ex-Oilers' star Glenn Anderson have been elected to the Hockey Hall of Fame, as reported by the Associated Press on Tuesday.
Former linesman Ray Scapinello and builder Ed Chynoweth also made the Hall. The induction ceremony will be held on November 10.

Ovechkin Wins MVP
The Capitals' Alex Ovechkin capped off a special season Thursday night by winning the league's two most prestigious individual awards. He won the Hart Trophy as NHL MVP and the Lester B. Pearson Award as the players? choice for the most outstanding player, according to an Associated Press report.
?I think I?m the happiest 22-year-old guy on the planet,? Ovechkin said. ?I want to win everything, so next year maybe the Stanley Cup.?
Ovechkin Revealed As MVP?
The NHL won't announce the winner of the Hart Trophy until Thursday night, but t-shirts featuring Alex Ovechkin as the MVP were on sale for a few hours Friday afternoon, according to The Washington Post.
League officials noticed the mistake and pulled the shirts from NHL.com. Ovechkin was the league's leading scorer this season, and is a finalist for the award along with Calgary's Jarome Iginla and Pittsburgh's Evgeni Malkin.
NHL spokesman Frank Brown trying to fan the flames regarding the incident said, "In an effort to offer our fans the merchandise they want in a timely manner following an event such as the NHL Awards, our licensees prepare product for all possible outcomes. In this situation, the link for one of the possible products became live early through an error by our e-commerce provider. We regret the error and have since taken steps to amend."
